A 1977 Graduate of the University of Florida, Bill has spent his entire career of 27 years in the field of Employee Benefits.  Prior to founding PENSERVCO, Bill spent several years developing and implementing Middle Market Retirement plan programs ($10 million and up)  for several large Mutual Fund complexes.  Mr. Moore spent the previous 11 years as Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for Dun & Bradstreet Pension Services, now PFPC after several buy outs, developing 401k packages for Mutual Fund and Annuity companies such as Kemper, INVESCO, Seligman, and Northwestern Mutual.  During Bill's tenure he increased D&B Pension Services business from 1,000 plans to over 12,000 plans, creating one of the largest independent TPA firms in the Nation.  Prior to D&B, Bill was a consultant in the Florida office of William M. Mercer, one of the largest Actuarial/Consulting firms in the world.

Bill has been active in several Organizations including: American Society of Pension Actuaries, (ASPA), Society of Professional Administrators and Record keepers and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Previously Bill was a member of Charles Schwab 401k Advisory Board and a Board Member, American Marketing Association and DALBAR 401(k) Surveys.

ALIEZE A. AUSTIN

A graduate of the University of South Florida, Alieze has spent the last 10 years in the Financial Services Industry.  She began her career in Sales and Marketing at Dun and Bradstreet Pension Services, Inc., developing retirement plan programs for various mutual fund families and insurance companies.  Her sales at D&B were focused on 401(k), Profit Sharing and Defined Benefit Plans sold to plan sponsors around the U.S.

Alieze joined Morgan Stanley in 2001, where she furthered her knowledge of Financial Planning for individual clients using products that encompassed managed accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and derivative products where appropriate for wealthy clients.  Before becoming a Vice President at BENSERVCO, Alieze spent a few years with a boutique financial planning firm to further enhance her financial planning skills.
